BSNL Kerala is not helping its customers. In Chennai telephones the customers can pay their BSNL Telephone bills/broadband bills through ECS or thro ONLINE. But in Kerala this facilities are not available. Due to this it very difficulty to the customer. Morover in Chennai Telephones they are giving discount 1 % for making payments. This also in Kerala BSNBL is not giving.
